Arrival in Dublin

When I was packing my bags and even when I was on my way to the airport of Berlin it all felt really unreal, but when the airplane started it began to feel real! I like flying and being high above in the sky when the clouds look like a field of snow or form the most different types of hills.

Getting to the student apartments was a torture because my bag was so heavy but once we (my college mate and I) arrived we were relieved. And when I saw our rooms I was really surprised because everyone has its own bathroom. We only share the kitchen and the living room, that’s luxury!

In the afternoon we bought some important things like bed linen and towels at Ikea and later also of course some food and drinks. Because we are living on the edge of the town we didn’t see the city today but I think we will get there tomorrow. Right now I am happy to be here!

Loaded the ship

Loaded the ship and sail to new land,

There’s nothing to lose

A dream’s coming true

Led by the voice of the whispering wind

It allures to a gate

New times will wait

Searching for life with eyes opened wide

The ocean’s my friend

Life takes me by the hand

It’s never too late for leaving sweet home

It’s never too late to fly

At least it is worth a try

(inspired by “Goodbye” (Midnattsol))

Welcome!

Here it is! My new blog!

I’m a blogger since more than a year and I am still not tired of writing about things I like, things that bother me and things that make life beautiful (or sometimes maybe also about things that make life sad). I wanted to have a new blog because a new part of my life begins. I will go abroad! My dream of Ireland comes true! I want to tell you about my experiences (and – of course – practise my English)!

Welcome and enjoy reading!
